We want to make sure you get the most out of your workout, so we have outlined a few house rules to help insure you do.

via online to cancel 1 hour prior to class start time; if not, then a late charge of $10 or no show of $15 will apply.


Save talking for Starbucks. The only talking that is encouraged, is words of encouragement.

WT (Want To)

Bring a whole lot of “want to.” Be consistent, do your best, and always strive for more.


We start on time. Kindly arrive 5 minutes before start time.
