House Rules & Expectations

We want to make sure you get the most out of your workout, so we have outlined a few house rules to help insure you do.

Registration

All class registations/bookings must be at
least 1 hour before the class starts.

Cancellation & No-show

Class cancellations must be made at least 1
hour before class starts. Failure to cancel or
no-show for your scheduled class will result in
a $19 non-refundable cancellation fee.

Appropriate Clothing

Wear clean, comfortable athletic shoes and
appropriate clothing. Bring a towel.

Bring the right attitude

Leave the drama at the door and let’s have a
great workout.

Get here & get ready

Arrive 15 minutes before class starts to get
oriented.

Common courtesy

Don’t be late. We start each session promptly
at the scheduled time.
